As a Villa Host , you play an essential role in making every pup's stay feel like a five-star getaway. From providing personalized attention and engaging playtime to maintaining our luxury accommodations, you'll help ensure that every guest feels safe, comfortable, and loved throughout their stay. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, have a natural love for dogs, and are committed to upholding the high standards that make Bone Voyage special. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, compassionate care to dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments. Supervise and actively engage in group playtime while prioritizing the safety and well-being of every guest. Monitor canine behavior and recognize signs of stress, illness, discomfort, or aggression. Prepare and serve meals, administer medications as directed, and follow individualized care instructions. Maintain exceptionally clean and sanitary villas, play areas, and common spaces. Assist with guest check-ins, checkouts, and daily routines. Capture photos and provide updates to help owners stay connected with their pups. Work closely with fellow Villa Hosts and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all facility safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and animal care standards. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for dogs and their well-being. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Confidence and comfort handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments. The ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including cleaning, lifting, standing, and being active throughout your shift. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in dog daycare, boarding, veterinary care, or another animal-related field is preferred but not required. Join the Bone Voyage Crew!
