Duties Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest relations from arrival to departure Manage restaurant reservation systems efficiently, including Aloha POS and Micros POS platforms Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and inquiries Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest inquiries about menu offerings, restaurant policies, and special events Support food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health guidelines in the host area Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Proficiency in restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently Basic math skills for handling tables management and guest billing when needed Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and courtesy Familiarity with phone communication protocols and etiquette in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional guest services!
