Overview We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. Your friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office technology will help create a welcoming environment Duties Greet visitors, guests and tenants warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer phones promptly, answering questions, noting complete messages and providing accurate information. Manage office correspondence via email, phone, and in-person communication with clarity and professionalism. Maintain accurate records through filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure organization. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate messages with housekeeping and maintenance staff. Support office management tasks such as organizing files, and assisting with clerical duties. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred. Strong computer literacy basic typing skills, using Word , Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience answering phones phone etiquette. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
