Job Description

Join Our Friendly Team as a Front Desk Agent! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional service? Our 60-room inn is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our warm and welcoming team! This position is perfect for those who can bring a gracious and inviting experience to our guests while enjoying a positive work environment.
Position Details:
Shift:
Mondays and Tuesdays 3pm-11pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays 11pm-7am.
Role:
Front Desk Agent Start Date:
October 26th or November 2nd
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service from inquiry to departure. Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and issue room keys. Maintain accurate data in our hotel operating system. Address guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously. Manage guest accounts, including cash and credit transactions. Drive our 8-passenger van for guest transfers to/from the airport (no special license required).
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1-2 years of front desk experience, hotel experience preferred.
Skills:
Composure, flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine enjoyment of working with guests and team members.
Reliability:
Proven dependable with a great attendance record.
License:
