7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 9:00 AM - 5:00 Pm 3pm-11pm Flexible scheduling available, including weekends and holidays as needed. Position Summary We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while assisting with daily front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Process payments and maintain accurate records Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Complete daily side work and light cleaning duties throughout the property Assist with minor housekeeping duties as needed Drive as needed for hotel-related duties and guest assistance Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and telephone skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules Valid driver's license required.
