Pay:

Based on experience Job Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance the cash drawer. Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest needs. Keep the front desk, lobby, coffee station, and other assigned areas clean and organized. Complete shift checklists, reports, and other assigned duties. Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Work as part of a team to provide guests with a positive experience. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems. Ability to multitask and work independently. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required. What We Are Looking For We need someone who takes pride in their work, treats guests and coworkers with respect, follows instructions, and understands the importance of teamwork and accountability.

Pay:

$11.00
