Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations Be the first and last impression for every guest — approachable, attentive, and solution-focused Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and urgency Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the front desk at all times Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service and satisfaction Operations Excellence Manage check-in, check-out, and reservation processes accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and chargebacks in compliance with hotel procedures Submit shift reports and maintain front desk documentation Adhere to hotel security protocols, including key control and after-hours procedures Support housekeeping and maintenance coordination to resolve guest issues Follow cleanliness and safety standards for the lobby and front desk area The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous front desk or hotel experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational habits Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting A team-player mindset and positive attitude Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:
