full-time Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time) Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Natomas is looking for reliable Front Desk Agents to join our team. As the first person our guests meet, you will play a key role in making sure they have a great stay from check-in to check-out. We are looking for team members who love interacting with people, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in offering great service.

What You Will Do Everyday:

Welcome guests warmly and assist them with the registration and check-out process. Take, confirm, and change guest reservations while handling payments securely. Talk across departments-like housekeeping and maintenance-to handle guest requests quickly. Listen to guest feedback and solve any issues on the spot to make sure they leave happy.

What We Are Looking For:

1 to 2 years of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or face-to-face customer service. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable learning new computer systems; basic experience with Microsoft Office or hotel software is a plus. A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
