We're seeking someone who is flexible, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service. Check clients in accurately and assist with class bookings, memberships, and general inquiries. Ensure clients complete required waivers and follow studio policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Assist with studio opening and closing duties as needed, including preparing the space for classes and resetting equipment. Monitor the front desk and ensure it remains attended during scheduled hours. Communicate professionally with clients and instructors. Support daily studio operations and ensure classes run smoothly.

Qualifications:

Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Flexible availability for evening shifts, with occasional weekend availability preferred. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Interest in Pilates, fitness, or wellness is a plus. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with people, and is committed to creating a positive studio experience. Pay:
