The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay is memorable. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have during their stay
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Skills
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred in and Opera .
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
