For this fast paced position, you must be able to multi task, comfortable on the phones and computer, cool under pressure and available weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their visit is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Associate, you will represent our spa and be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services, products and amenities.
• Handle guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or hospitality management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
