Front Desk Agent Wyndham Garden Newark, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17.50 - $19.00 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Employee discount Qualifications Visitor query response Greeting customers Hotel and accommodations guest check-out Hotel and accommodations guest complaints handling Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description As a Front Desk Agent you will be tasked with greeting and helping Guests throughout an 8 Hour shift. This includes answering phone calls, attending to guests needs, answering questions regarding our accommodations and Check-In and Check-out routines. This job requires attention to guests and an outgoing personality. You will also be tasked with guest resolution to ensure all our guests are happy and well taken care of before, during, and after their stay. Other tasks will be performed under the direction of Front Desk Manager.

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
