In this role, you will manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Manage front desk activities including scheduling tennis courts, handling membership inquiries, and directing calls efficiently Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment for all members Experience Training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices preferred

Pay:

$16.90 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
