Front Desk Agent - Super 8 by Wyndham Craig Super 8 by Wyndham Craig is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Compensation:

$17 - 18 per hour As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Check guests in and out of the hotel Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner Answer and direct phone calls Process reservations and payments accurately Assist with resolving guest issues and finding solutions Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Complete other duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For No experience required - training will be provided!
