Job Summary Guest Services Associate / Front Desk The Cripple Creek Hospitality House & RV Park is looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Services Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and check-ins, answering phones, operating our gift shop, assisting with light housekeeping as needed, and helping ensure our property remains clean, organized, and inviting. We're looking for someone who is positive, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoys being part of a small team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. Duties Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Check guests in and out using our property management system. Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations. Provide information about the hotel, RV park, local attractions, and dining. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Assist with gift shop sales and merchandising. Perform light housekeeping duties and help prepare guest rooms when needed. Monitor the property and report maintenance concerns. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby. Work cooperatively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Participate in periodic rotating on-call phone support after hours. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality. Excellent communication and phone skills. Comfortable using computers and learning reservation software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hospitality, hotel, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for portions of the shift. Pay:
