Responsibilities Welcome and assist private aviation guests, crew, and VIP clients throughout arrival and departure Coordinate check-in, ground transportation, luggage handling, and lounge use for a seamless experience Communicate with pilots, operations, and line staff to ensure on-time, safe service delivery Handle reservations, service requests, and special accommodations with professionalism and discretion Process payments, maintain accurate records, and follow company and regulatory procedures Monitor terminal appearance, amenities, and safety standards, addressing issues promptly Support irregular operations, delays, and last-minute changes with calm, solution-focused service Uphold Signature Aviation's safety, security, and compliance protocols at all times Required Skills Customer service Front desk operations Aviation or travel hospitality knowledge Point-of-sale and payment processing Reservation and scheduling systems Professional phone and email etiquette Safety and security awareness Conflict resolution and de-escalation Time management and multitasking Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/FBO systems)
