Job Summary Busy equipment rental yard seeking a motivated, organized front desk clerk. Responsibilities include checking customers in and out using the POR system, processing payments, making reservations, and tracking equipment hours. Must be willing to learn our inventory of equipment and tools to be able to assist customers correctly. Candidate must multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and collaborate as a dependable team player. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Learning Equipment/Tools Making reservations in Google Calendar Handle filing customers contracts and preparing batch report Assist with calendar management and scheduling reservations Using Point of Rental software to create customer contracts Taking credit card or cash payments Maintain organized office Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience Join us as an Office Clerk and become an essential part of our energetic team!
