Responsibilities Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during check-in and check-out Process guest registrations, reservations, and payments accurately Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly Respond to guest requests and communicate potential issues to management Complete shift reports and Night Audit reports (when assigned) Assist with enrolling guests in the Hilton Honors loyalty program Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and public restroom areas Assist other departments as needed, including breakfast setup, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks Follow all Hilton and company standards for guest service, safety, and security Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Windows-based computer programs Ability to operate standard office equipment, including printers and copiers Sound judgment and the ability to work independently Reliable transportation is required Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent guest service Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 25-40 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds Ability to move throughout the hotel while assisting guests and performing daily duties Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Weekend availability is strongly preferred Holiday availability may be required 3PM-11PM shift Why Join Home2 Suites by Hilton?
