Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Attendant for Sunday 7am-3pm, Thursday 7am-3pm and Friday 3pm-11pm! Employees will need to greet, register and service all guests in a welcoming manner according to hotel/brand standards.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel. Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guests' needs in a professional, timely and effective manner.

IS COMMITTED TO MAKING EVERY GUEST 100 PERCENT SATISFIED. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming, Checking In, Maintaining, Checking Out our guests in a most professional and accommodating manner. Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information about the local area (e.g. directions, places to eat) hotel services, amenities and policies. Selling rooms to "walk-in" customers. Entering/changing reservation information. Posting charges to guest accounts. Processing payments and/or credits for guest accounts. Making necessary corrections to guest accounts. Communicating effectively to departments about room status/availability/issues. Listening and responding to guests' requests or complaints. Operating hotel switchboard or PBX. Maintaining a highly organized, efficient and clean workspace. Maintaining daily logs. Balancing shift work and cash drawers. Have knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures. Initiate and direct procedures until help arrives. Uphold all standards on policies, procedures, programs and initiatives Choice Hotels or Concord Towers Inc. may have in place. (ie: Rewards Club, Recognition, Profile Names, others as directed) Counting and balancing cash, vouchers and credit card reports.

Pay:

$16.00 - $16.25 per hour
