POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Services Associate manages reservations and guest experience at the Welcome Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations. Answer phones using OFMCRV standards. Provide maps, recommendations, schedules. Handle packages and mail. Maintain Welcome Center cleanliness. Support guest events and activities. Resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Hospitality/customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, engaging, and solutions-oriented

WORKING CONDITIONS

Weekends/holidays required Occasional evenings as needed
