Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/Customer Service Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate guests and work with other departments to ensure efficient operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Register and assign rooms to guests Confirm phone and online reservations Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints Collect payment from guests Keep records of occupied rooms and guests Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem solving skills a must. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. This is an alternating shift. Must be available to work overtime when necessary or needed. Please apply in person OR on this website.
