Job description Join Our Team as a Night Auditor!
Position:
Night Auditor About Us:
At LaQuinta by Wyndham Braselton, we deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing the hotel's daily financial audit. This role ensures accurate posting of charges, prepares management reports, and maintains a safe, welcoming environment for all late‑night arrivals.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
Night Audit:
Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
Security:
Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Reporting:
Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
What Were Looking For:
Experience:
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
Skills:
Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
