We are currently hiring for a part-time Front Desk Agent . If you are dependable and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. This is a perfect position for a retired hotel worker, college student or someone seeking additional part time work. This position is around 16-20 hours weekly. It's a combination of different shifts which includes weekends and some holidays. Must be reliable, have previous customer service experience and computer proficiency. Previous hotel front desk experience preferred. Starting wage is $11-$12 hourly.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Check guests in and out efficiently using several computer programs. Answer phones, process reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Handle payments and maintain accurate records. Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. All other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional demeanor. Strong communication, multi tasking abilities and proficient computer skills. Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently effectively. Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work any shift as needed, as well as weekends and some holidays. Apply today to join our team!
