A Front Desk Associate is responsible for making sure guests are fully satisfied with their stay to the best of their ability and maintain cleanliness held at the hotel's standards Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome guests by greeting or answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers in making reservations in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Process guest check-in/check-out information, and guest payments correctly with minimum errors
Assign rooms, suites, and/or keys to guests
Provide guests with information and directions to local attractions, restaurants, etc. with out negative commentary about them
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings as assigned
Communicate to General Manager all occurrences involving staff/guests that require attention
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Compete daily check lists and laundry duties
Multitask and prioritize to complete job duties and tend to guests promptly
All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management. Key Competencies

Computer experience Physical Requirements
Must be able to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 to 10 hours, including the use of stairs
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
