Front Desk Agent Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Nampa at the Idaho Center - 3.6 Nampa, ID Job Details Part-time From $14.50 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Hotel policy compliance Professional ethics Basic math Attention to detail Front desk Patience Receptionist experience within hospitality industry Full Job Description A part time position is available for those interested in working in a fast paced environment in which you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests and clients of the hotel; taking accurate hotel reservations; provide directions to various areas in the Treasure Valley; handling cash and credit cards according to the hotel policies; and assist in all areas of the hotel as needed. At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy to guest/co-workers, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision. Ability to compute and manipulate mathematical calculations. Ability to solve practical problems for guest based on the hotel policies. Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/check-out of guest and handle multiple tasks at once. Punctuality and reliability is a must. Honesty and integrity. Rotating shifts would include 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. (Weekends are a must.)
