We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our team in Palatine,IL Job Summary As a Front Desk Assistant, you will help create a welcoming experience for residents and guests while supporting daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities may include:

Welcome and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner Receive, organize, and distribute packages, including items weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Use an iPad to receive, track, and record packages Work closely with security, maintenance, and management when needed Complete basic shift reports and document any incidents Follow instructions and company procedures carefully Use company applications for scheduling and basic reporting tasks

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm (40hrs)

Pay:

$16.00/hour Biweekly pay

Requirements:

Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred. Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Background check and drug test will be conducted. Available to start working as soon as possible.
