Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling any complaints or issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This position is from 7am until 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and other information. Provide information about local attractions, directions, and transportation options. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Process payments for services rendered. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
