Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as needed
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage reservations and guest information
• Provide general information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
