Job Description

Welcoming Guests:

Acting as the first and last point of contact by greeting arrivals warmly, verifying identification, and assigning rooms.

Information & Concierge:

Providing detailed information about hotel amenities (e.g., breakfast times, Wi-Fi passwords) and offering directions or local tourist recommendations.

Complaint Resolution:

Addressing guest concerns (e.g., noisy rooms, billing errors) in a calm, empathetic, and efficient manner.

Special Requests:

Managing VIP arrangements, issuing safe deposit boxes, and handling luggage storage.
