Lake City Bagels is seeking part-time dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experiences Specialists to join our small but growing team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through the preparation or serving of our creative bagel or muffin offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cafe environment, be a positive team member, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and possess strong communication skills. Your contributions will create the ultimate guest experience. Key Duties Ensure every guest has a memorable experience in every step of the process - from order to delivery to that first bite of our bagel or muffin creation. Prepare or serve Lake City Bagels menu offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bagel Shop and ensure all health, safety and cleanliness standards are never compromised Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience and communicate any roadblocks Address all positive and negative guest interactions professionally and promptly, work closely with management for resolutions Skills/Qualifications Experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred but not required, basic knowledge of food safety standards and best practices a plus Commitment to deliver outstanding guest experiences Team mentality and focus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curiosity and willingness to take on more responsibilities Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a positive and fun work environment!
