Summary :

The associate is responsible for operating the front desk while providing a variety of club services for members to optimize member satisfaction and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Be familiar and promote all events and functions at the club. Greet members immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Deliver an exceptional guest service experience. Answering phone calls and replying to emails regarding the member's questions Enforcing policies and procedures for members and guests Book court reservations using knowledge of system. Keep lobby clean and tidy. Other duties as assigned by General Manager. Assist in restaurant with to go orders. Follow all cash handling procedures. Shift is 6am-2pm, Monday thru

Friday Requirements :

Country Club or Front Desk experience a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Excellent communication skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates. Computer literate, Club Essentials system knowledge a plus High School graduate or GED equivalent
