Process payments accurately using a cash register and handle any financial transactions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote hotel services and amenities through effective upselling techniques. Conduct product demonstrations for guests when applicable, showcasing available services or promotions. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Supervise junior staff members as needed to maintain high service standards. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in cash register operations and retail math for accurate transaction handling. Ability to sell hotel services effectively and engage in upselling opportunities. Experience in retail sales or related fields is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations over the phone. Capable of conducting product demos effectively to promote services or products offered by the hotel.
