Guest Experience Lead We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer experience strategies to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
