Job Description As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle check-outs and process payments efficiently. Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Ensure compliance with Holiday Inn Express and IHG brand standards. Maintain accurate records and update guest profiles. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Familiarity with IHG standards is a plus. Proficiency in Opera PMS is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a bonus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
