Front Desk Coordinator - Spa (Part-Time) We're looking for someone truly special to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator—the heartbeat of our spa and the energy behind every client experience. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and takes pride in creating something beautiful behind the scenes.
Schedule:
Full time or part time both available
What You'll Do:
Create a warm, polished, and welcoming first impression for every client Manage a high volume of calls, bookings, and client communication with ease and professionalism Support and care for a busy team—keeping schedules flowing and days running smoothly Anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep everything one step ahead Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated front desk and spa environment Handle daily operational tasks like laundry, restocking, and bringing signage in/out Assist with retail sales and help clients find products they love
What We're Looking For:
Someone who can confidently multitask and stay calm under pressure Highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive A team player who genuinely enjoys supporting both clients and coworkers Positive, polished, and professional—with a touch of personality and fun Physically capable of hands-on tasks (laundry, lifting supplies, etc.) Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing things well
