Job Description

Best Western Okemos seeks a qualified front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Advancement opportunities available. Please apply in person anytime Monday-Friday between 10a-2pm.

Please have solid references Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality/customer service experience Must have a flexible work schedule that includes weekends. Task-driven individual

Responsibilities:

Register & process guests and their assigned rooms Accommodate guest requests Communicating with hotel staff Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
