Job Description

We are looking for well qualified front desk agents to join our team. Daily duties will include but not limited to: Answering phones/ making business calls making reservations checking people in / out handling paperwork communicating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Keeping work area clean and organized at all times What we expect: Excellent customer service able to keep cool under pressure able to make a judgement call when manager is not available handle guest complaints be able to multi task be able to work weekends
