Housekeeping & Front Desk Associate - Historic Wagon Wheel Motel Wagon Wheel Motel - Cuba, Missouri The historic Wagon Wheel Motel is looking for a dependable, versatile team member who is willing to work in both housekeeping and front desk operations. This is a working motel with an established guest base.

Our goal is simple:

provide clean rooms, friendly service, and a smooth guest experience every day. What You'll Be Doing Housekeeping Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard Make beds and replace linens Clean bathrooms and restock guest supplies Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens Perform routine deep cleaning Help maintain cleanliness throughout the property Identify and report maintenance or supply needs Front Desk Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests Assist guests with local recommendations and information Help with gift shop and front desk operations Learn opening and closing procedures Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional guest experience Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $16.00 per hour Approximately 20-40 hours per week Schedule will include both housekeeping and front desk duties Saturday and Sunday availability is required Holiday availability is required Hours and duties may vary depending on occupancy and staffing needs What Makes This Opportunity Unique Work at one of Route 66's most recognizable historic motels Learn multiple parts of motel operations Work directly with engaged ownership and a small team Opportunity for additional responsibility and long-term growth No two days are exactly the same What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Ability to stay organized and work independently Comfortable performing physical housekeeping duties Willingness to switch between cleaning rooms and helping guests Hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed. Pay:
