Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, including managing front desk operations and assisting with night audits. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional check-in experience. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our property management system. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests with recommendations. Operate phone systems to answer calls, transfer inquiries, and take messages for guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by providing personalized service to each guest. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions. Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests and reservations.
