Prior hotel front desk customer experience is required, Choice hotel experince is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Reliability and flexibility are key. Please include specifics in experience to avoid being overlooked. Job Description This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc., as well as handling the daily accounting functions for the hotel and closing out the financial day. Job Requirements Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person. Part-Time available. Previous customer service experience preferred. Previous Hotel Front Desk experience required. Able to stand for 8 hours during shift. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation Mainly we are looking for a reliable floating shift desk person Weekends, Holidays, AM, PM and Overnight flexibility and willingness is needed Laundry is part of the daily work Qualifications Minimum of 1 year hotel front desk experience Choice Advantage PM experience is prefered Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Ability to work at the front desk and handle guest services Ability to multitask and work alone Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Familiarity with hospitality management and night audit processes
