Job Description

The Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia, NC is looking for a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) front desk agent to join our team! We are located on 168 W Main Ave. Our ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, has a flexible schedule and is willing to pick up extra shifts. Experience is a plus. $14+

Requirements:

Open availability Weekends required Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Administrative duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and screen phone calls. Fulfilling all guests request and needs. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position. Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents. Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette. Time-management and organizational skills. We are looking forward to reading your application.
