A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Seniors welcome! Responsibilities Welcome guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Answer calls, respond to guest messages, and share hotel information. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Address guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Enroll guests in Hilton Honors and recognize existing members. Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures. Complete shift tasks and other duties assigned by management. Experience & Qualifications Hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills; familiarity with Hilton's PEP system is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay professional during busy shifts.
