Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line customers with professionalism, demonstrating excellent etiquette and communication skills Manage front desk activities including, maintaining stock, and coordinating with the back of house Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing customer correspondence Support management by organizing supplies, stock and product placement, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative functions Assist with customer communication, providing support and information as needed Maintain accurate records and inventory Qualifications Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Personal assistant or front desk experience that demonstrates professionalism and reliability a plus Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Willing to learn and have fun while working in a fast paced environment
