Job Description

Full-Time Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and welcoming Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate to join our team. This person will be one of the first faces our guests see, so we're seeking someone who enjoys helping families, communicates clearly, and creates a positive experience from check-in through departure.

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday:

10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Friday:

10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Tuesdays off Approximately 38 hours per week Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests and assist them with check-in Answer incoming phone calls professionally and help with questions Provide information about activities, parties, policies, and services Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front desk area Assist with party check-ins and guest coordination Handle guest concerns calmly and courteously Work closely with the rest of the team to keep daily operations running smoothly Occasionally assist with general upkeep, including wiping down tables and helping keep the bathrooms clean and presentable Preferred Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older College degree preferred Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Strong customer-service and telephone skills Friendly, professional, organized, and dependable Comfortable working with children and families Previous experience at a school, indoor play center, family-entertainment venue, or similar environment is a plus Party-hosting or event experience is a plus Able to multitask and remain welcoming in a busy environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is warm, attentive, responsible, and confident communicating both in person and over the phone. You should genuinely enjoy working with guests and helping families feel comfortable and cared for.
