Crystal Springs Resort is looking for friendly upbeat individuals who have a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Checking guests into the hotel Handling check-out and any billing questions they may have Posting charges Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area

Qualifications :

Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone and communication skills Outgoing, friendly and organized Professional appearance and attitude Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently Overnight availability is a plus Hotel front desk experience is preferred.
