We are seeking a vibrant, service-oriented Hospitality & Guest Experience Agent to join our team. This unique, dynamic role combines front-facing concierge services with premium banquet and event hospitality. You will serve as the primary heartbeat of our guest journey, working closely with both guests, and retreat facilitators to ensure a seamless, nourishing, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Guest Concierge:

Act as the main point of contact for guests, and curate personalized recommendations for on-property experiences, and assist with a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Facilitator Communication:

Collaborate directly with visiting retreat leaders and facilitators to ensure their schedules, workshop spaces, and specific group needs are executed flawlessly.

Banquet & Event Service:

Seamlessly transition into event support, including setting up dining spaces, serving farm-to-table meals, bartending or refreshing beverages, and breaking down events.

Ambiance Maintenance:

Maintain the energetic and physical sanctuary spaces, ensuring common areas, dining rooms, classrooms, and all retreat areas are clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented. Qualifications

Hospitality Background:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Physical Stamina:

Comfort being on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours), walking across ranch/resort terrain.

Wellness Alignment:

A strong personal alignment with or deep interest in the wellness, retreat, or ranch lifestyle. You naturally bring a calm, grounded, and welcoming presence to a room.

Dynamic Versatility:

The ability to wear multiple hats, happily pivoting from high-touch administrative concierge work to banquet service across the ranch.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication; ability to handle guest inquiries with grace, emotional intelligence, and absolute professionalism.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on retreat calendars.

Job Types:

Full-time Salary:

$20.00 per hour (plus included in resort tip pool) Expected hours: between 32 - 40 per week
