Job Description

Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact and the primary "brand ambassador" for our guests. You'll handle everything from check-ins and check-outs to being a local expert on the best dinner spots. In our dual-property environment, you may have the unique opportunity to support two different hotel brands, making every day a fresh and dynamic experience.
Key Responsibilities The Perfect Arrival:
Greet guests with a genuine smile, manage the check-in process efficiently, and ensure all billing/payment information is accurate.
Guest Concierge:
Answer phone calls and in-person inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and directions. If a guest has a problem, you're the hero who finds the solution.
Financial Accuracy:
Process payments, handle cash drops, and perform "bucket checks" to ensure all room rates and guest information are correct.
Communication Hub:
Act as the central link between Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are handled immediately.
Safety & Security:
Maintain guest privacy, issue room keys securely, and follow all emergency procedures to keep our building safe.
Qualifications & Skills Personality Plus:
A naturally outgoing, "people-person" personality is a must. You should enjoy helping others and staying calm under pressure.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and learning Property Management Systems (PMS).
Professionalism:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a well-groomed appearance.
Problem Solver:
The ability to think on your feet and turn a "hiccup" into a great guest experience.
Availability:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but we will train someone with the right "hospitality heart."
