In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable stay for every guest, fostering loyalty and positive reviews. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Address guest concerns promptly with customer service problem-solving techniques, escalating issues when necessary Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details in property management systems Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and staff at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for guest relations Knowledge of hotel management procedures including night audit processes and hotel emergency protocols Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel experience preferred; resort experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
