Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel services
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred but not required
- Proficiency with phone systems and hotel management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
