Job Overview:
``` We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. ```- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest services, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests ```
Skills:
```- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
