Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and respond to guest needs. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or issues swiftly. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest accounts and processing payments. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills.
