Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and respond to guest needs. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or issues swiftly. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest accounts and processing payments. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to operate hotel management software; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions.
